This resort is a hidden gem tucked away from the hustle of Bourbon Street, perfect for those wanting some peace while still being close to New Orleans' attractions. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with well-equipped kitchens that are great for saving on meals. However, some aspects like the dining options and service could be improved, especially regarding communication about parking restrictions.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and included a kitchen, which was convenient, though it lacked windows and felt somewhat dark. It faced a quiet street but could get noisy on weekends due to nearby nightlife.
Service
7.0
The service was mostly excellent, although I encountered some issues with valet parking that weren't communicated clearly. Staff was helpful when I needed assistance.
Location
9.0
The location is extremely convenient for exploring New Orleans, with easy access to the convention center and nearby attractions. It felt safe and was ideal for getting around.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were somewhat limited, especially for breakfast, which made it a challenge some mornings. The availability of light snacks was helpful, but I would have appreciated a more robust breakfast.
Facilities

The hotel has good facilities, including secured parking, but could benefit from clearer information about local dining options.

I had a wonderful time at this resort spa! The location was fantastic, allowing me easy access to many local attractions. My room had a great hot tub on a private balcony, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist. However, dining options could be improved as the breakfast was rather limited. Overall, this place offered excellent value for what I paid.

5.4/10

While the hotel boasts a great location near many attractions, the overall experience was marred by poor room conditions and less than satisfactory dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful, which added some comfort to my stay, but the dated and damp rooms left much to be desired. It's worth noting that the value for money might not match the expectations set by the amazing location.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had a heavy, musty odor that made it uncomfortable to breathe, and they were quite outdated with frayed carpets and dingy decor.

The staff were generally pleasant and accommodating, but I had a negative encounter with the activities director regarding noise complaints.

5.0/10

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the French Quarter, which made it easy to explore the city. However, the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired, especially with the mouse issue I encountered. The room itself felt cramped and lacked windows to the outside, which was disappointing. Overall, it had potential but fell short in key areas.

Rooms
5.0
The room was cramped and lacked windows, making it feel enclosed. Despite being equipped for basic needs, it definitely didn't meet my expectations.
Service

The service was lacking, as management was unresponsive to serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
