This resort is a hidden gem tucked away from the hustle of Bourbon Street, perfect for those wanting some peace while still being close to New Orleans' attractions. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with well-equipped kitchens that are great for saving on meals. However, some aspects like the dining options and service could be improved, especially regarding communication about parking restrictions.
I had a wonderful time at this resort spa! The location was fantastic, allowing me easy access to many local attractions. My room had a great hot tub on a private balcony, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist. However, dining options could be improved as the breakfast was rather limited. Overall, this place offered excellent value for what I paid.
While the hotel boasts a great location near many attractions, the overall experience was marred by poor room conditions and less than satisfactory dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful, which added some comfort to my stay, but the dated and damp rooms left much to be desired. It's worth noting that the value for money might not match the expectations set by the amazing location.
This hotel is a wonderful choice for anyone looking to explore New Orleans. The location is superb, with many attractions within walking distance, and the rooms are spacious and equipped with kitchen facilities, making it great for longer stays. The staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Although the breakfast options could use some improvement, overall, it's a great value for your money.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the French Quarter, which made it easy to explore the city. However, the cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired, especially with the mouse issue I encountered. The room itself felt cramped and lacked windows to the outside, which was disappointing. Overall, it had potential but fell short in key areas.
